These gloves provide outstanding hand protection plus the dexterity needed to tie knots and work with hardware - you can use the same gloves to set up a system or for a rappel. The Pittard's Armor-Tan leather increases the durability of the glove and protects the hands from heat, moisture, cold and abrasion. Unique KEVLAR® fiber stitching adds durability unmatched by conventional gloves. Double palm provides extended wear and hand protection when rappelling. The second layer is anatomically segmented for a more comfortable, less tiring grip. The Spandex back helps provide ventilation and allows for a flexible, comfortable fit. Elastic on the back of the wrist provides for a secure fit. Amazingly durable for a light glove, we are still trying to wear out our samples. Label has space for user's name. Carabiner loops are sewn into wrist, which allow you to hang gloves on harness gear loops when not in use.
