When there’s more than one person in the water, HeliSlings can be rapidly deployed at each subject’s location. This compact “6-pack” of inflatable slings should be on board any aircraft that may be first on scene. Each drop capsule automatically inflates into a flotation ring. Two manual back up systems provide fail-safe inflation. The integral water-activated strobe adds visibility for night operations. The HeliSling is reinforced for subject extrication and has a working load of 500 lbs. The slings come in a nylon carrying case. Each HeliSling is easily repackable and is reusable with replacement of the bobbin, CO2 cartridge, and strobe.
