SOG Assisted Technology - S.A.T.™

A new folding knife from SOG designed to meet the needs of SAR responders. The 3-1/2 in. slightly curved blade has a blunt tip and is partially serrated for quick cutting of web and rope. SAT™ propels the blade out once the user has initiated the one-handed opening sequence. The blade is AUS 8 stainless steel and the handle is tough black Zytel. A sliding piston lock easily releases the blade and a safety lock with a red indicator gives added security when the blade is closed. The patent pending reversible bayonet mounted clip ensures a secure carry.
