The Vertex Best Helmet with the DUO LED 14 Headlamp, is designed for confined space, work at height, and rescue applications. The headlamp and battery case are permanently mounted to the helmet with the wiring running inside the helmet. They hybrid headlamp has a powerful halogen lamp for long-range lighting and a bright 14 LED array for proximity lighting with a long burn time. The DUO is waterproof to 5 meters and tilts to put the light where you need it. The Vertex suspension system has a variety of adjustments for a comfortable and secure fit. Industrial helmet type side slots allow mounting of face shields or hearing protection from brands such as Pelter, Bilson or 3M. The polycarbonate shell curves over the ears to accomodate hearing protection.
